Randall Thomas, Ph.D., CRC, NCC

 
Dr. Randall Thomas is President of the National Center for Life Care Planning. Dr. Thomas is active in the area of rehabilitation and life care planning. He is a licensed Psychologist, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. Dr. Thomas serves on several advisory boards providing guidance in the area of Life Care Planning.

In addition to his activities in Life Care Planning, Dr. Thomas continues in the evaluation and treatment of patients with chronic pain and psychological adjustment problems following injuries. He is active in several national associations and has presented educational programs and seminars at national and state conferences. He has spoken on subjects such as life care planning, case management, ethics and technology. He served on the Blue Ribbon Committee advising CDEC regarding the "Certified Life Care Planner" designation. Dr. Thomas served as Chair and is a Past Chair of the Forensic Section of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (Formerly NARPPS). He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Life Care Planning and the editorial board of the Journal of the American Board Of Vocational Experts
